SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Your entire NP Marketing order ships anywhere within Klang Valley . Orders are generally shipped by either Our dispatch or selected courier service.  All orders received after 4:30 PM may not be processed that same day. Therefore, these orders will be processed on the next following business day.

Refusal of Delivery If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to NP Marketing and any other costs that occur during the delivery process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.

Damaged/Lost Merchandise Upon arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. NP Marketing will report all damages immediately to the carrier  for inspection . Therefore, please keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. 
* Please note that only insured postage services are eligible for replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information If a package is returned to NP Marketing due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a package is delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information, NP Marketing is not responsible. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

Shipping Delays NP Marketing is committed to fulfilling orders within 3-5 working days after confirmation of order . We will provide you the consignment track code if we send order to you by selected courier service .  Please call us for ordering status if you do not receive your order within 3-5 working days ,
